Extend FTP with Explicit and Implicit SSL

The coder will extend the functionality of the attached Visual Studio 2005 FTP project. The coder will create the ability to connect via SSL explicitly via the "AUTH SSL" command and the ability to do a implicit connection on port 990.
The trial version of Titan FTP Server professional will be used for testing.
The coder will test his work by connecting , getting a file directory listing, and uploading a file. This functionality already exists in the test project attached.
The FTP project uses the socket namespace in .NET 2.0. Any enhancements should continue to use that namespace and not the FTP built into .NET 2.0.
