WordPress site based on an existing feature set

Need a close replica of a website done in WordPress. Requirements: You will find an existing WP template that can be adapted to look like the [login to view URL] Different color schema can be used, logos and copy will be provided. You will be required to make it look and feel similar to the [login to view URL] Payments: This project will be paid in 4 equal installments based on agreed upon milestones, all milestone payments will be loaded to escrow upon the project initiation.
