Urgent Need - Modify existing site with final fixes

For some reason the last programmer has abandoned me and I have not been able to establish communications with them in the last week and i desparately need to get this site finished. I can't finish testing until I get several items fixed. These 3 items need to be fixed. There may be other items but I can't tell until I get these items resolved. This is a time critical project. I will be evaluating the bids based on #1 - How fast these 3 things can be fixed (hopefully within 1 or 2 days). #2 - Availability to work with me to resolve other unknown problems that may turn up when these 3 items are fixed. #3 - Commitment to not abandon me like the 2 previous programmers have. I have several other subset programming projects that will be required in the upcoming week AFTER this is resolved and the selected programmer that does a good job will be my first choice on the additional projects. One additional small project - Develop an email flyer to a list of email addresses that I will provide. I wrote a program that will dump all of my customer's email addresses from my outlook file and I will do that and clean the list up. I will wnat a nice HTML type email page that will email to all of them with links to the new site and a few featured items announcing my Christmas sale which will run from Dec 1 to Dec 22. I will be out of town all day on Thanksgiving and will return around 10pm November 23 and hopefully can select someone to work with and get things rolling on Friday and hopefully test all the fixes on saturday. I want to run the site starting on Monday and then blast out the email flyer on Thursday November 30. During the 4 days that the site is available for transactions before the sale there may be glitches that I miss in testing and I need the programmer to be generally available to help fix any programming problems that arise. If you want to run any of these tests yourself, please identify the user name that you use and the amount and I will quickly refund the amount and cancel the order. Any amount of testing will be greatly appreciated and if a review of the site that finds other problems - just let me know and if you can just aggregate all of them in a bundle and give me a price for fixing all of them. For testing purposes - small orders will have a total cost less than $15.00 and weigh less than 1 pound. Large orders will weigh 10 pounds and cost over $100.00.
