Some fixes in a wordpress blog

Look this blog: [login to view URL] See that some words are in English, like "by Hanná Rodrigues" and "Comment" or "Comments": If you click in any post, like that, for example: [login to view URL] You will see the comment box bellow the post. I want to do some updates in this box: 1) Traduce the word in english "Name" to Nome 2) Leave only the fields "Nome", "E-mail" and "Comment area". Exclude the "Website" and "Anti-spam" fields 3) Put into the Comment area a instruction like "Please write your commentary here". Im Portuguese, of course: "Por Favor escreva seu Comentário aqui". When the user click inside the box, this message go away. 4) Put the labels of each fields on the left of the fields. And please align this labels with the fields. It's very ugly in the actual way. 5) Is possible to put the commentary form up of the commentary list? 6) Is possible to organize the commentary list of the newer comments to the oldest? The new commentaries go to the end of the listing and its not good.
