Promoting Site on Google, and promoting Inner Pages

Hi All I have a very large audio website designed in drupal. I have many of the seo related module installed like meta tags, page title etc For my homepage i am acheieving good results but my inner pages i am NOT getting listing on google. On yahoo and [login to view URL] i am acheiving a listing bit not on the homepage. I need someone who can get me onto the top spot (or near by) for a few keywords on 1. Google 2. Yahoo and 3 [login to view URL] I need timscales of how long it will take. I need to know the method of acheieving this, no black hat or link farms. I am espically interest in searches for the keywords in America / canada, UK, Austerilia and Pakisatan India, The gulf stats (Saudi Arabia, dubai (UAE), qatar, oman) My site is a mp3, real media sites with lots of pages (nodes) It is a non commercial site
