oxyclassifieds script modfication and app building

I’m working in a classifieds site using OxyClassifieds ([login to view URL]). This script is PHP and MySQL (Although the classes are encrypted with ioncube). The script is protected with ioncube 1. I’m looking for the iPhone, blackberry, and android APP (native) to my site Developer has to develop whatever things the app needs to get and post to the database. (I want any APP like – gumtree app – users should be able to post ads through app and load pictures) 2. Script editing: Now the dealer page will list all the classifieds posted by the dealer in one page, no matter what category they are in. I want EACH dealer page to have a categories menu. Dealer Users to have the capabilities of creating a limited number of categories on the dealer page – for a fee (See [login to view URL]) 3. Add to lists of ads, the logo of each Advertiser with a dealer page ([login to view URL]) finish mobile template – so that all USER features on the site will be also available in mobile version 5. To add SMS Plugins on OxyClassifieds also very useful for us. SMS package that the user can subscribe to by paying an amount every month and will receive sms notifications when someone ask him about something of his items...and the subscriber of this package will have a box in each item he posts Called Contact via sms: the buyer can send him sms from the posted item profile 6. I need additional script functionality such as recently viewed ads (as a module) 7. Ability to post ads to the site using a Facebook application 8. Change the First Page layout to accommodate more info (a clear post ad button). Link logo to home button – website to go to home when you click logo 9. Bigger drop down category menu when posting ads 8. Bulk email option – want to be able to select a number of users I can sent a bulk email. 9. Admin user levels – be able to add ADMIN USERS with different rights to edit certain areas. (Like listing, custom fields etc) 10.
