I need a Developer expert in Joomla/Php/Css/Responsive - repost

Hi, I require a simple template made into Joomla 3. The website is very similar to [login to view URL] with a background pattern. There are 2 further set-up or recommendations I require: 1 - I need this carousal in Joomla 3.0. This is probably available already or with a few changes to make it like this. [login to view URL] It can be similar to this or better. Doesn't have to be exact but the functionality does. 2 - I also need this video set up, embedded in the slideshow with a lightbox to play the video. Like in this website, it's the 3rd slide. [login to view URL] I want the slide show to have separate content. Like I can have a video and a "Buy It Now" button on the same slide. So different parts can have different links and can open a lightbox to play a video or display an image. I do not need this project to be responsive, but it must show the same on mobile as desktop. Maybe in the future it can go responsive. The frameworks of choice are T3, gavickpro or you can recommend one, but must by Joomla 3, so we can easily upgrade to Joomla 3.5 when it comes out later on in the year. I need someone with great web development skills and especially in Joomla/php/css.
