We are a very small web agency who are looking for a PHP/MySQL developer to work for us on a full-time basis.

We are NOT looking for an agency, but instead a dedicated full time member of staff who we will pay a monthly salary.

The monthly salary will be $460 per month to begin with, and increasing after a three-month period.

The successful application will have the following skills:

PHP

MySQL

Advanced experience with osCommerce

Good written English

A typical project would involve my design team providing you with either a screenshot or fully built HTML pages. You would then be required to put the website together, integrating the pages with a database - all based on either a functional specification or a chat over MSN.
