HK exporter needs website

We need to build a site for our export company website. We sell computer parts and accessories (memory cards, usb flash drives etc.) to importers and wholesalers worldwide. Basically the main page should be built using html+css (or in PHP). Nevertheless, for the product page, we need to have the option to have a password-protected account from where we can add/edit categories, add products etc. ourselves, based on PHP+MYSQL. There should be the option to create several users and to limit the access for the users on certain categories or functions. PLEASE NO OSCOMMERCE OR ZENCART SITES. SEO-friendliness is absolutely necessary for this project. That's why we prefer not to use a ready-made CMS. If you plan to use a custom CMS you will need to prove that it is SEO-friendly. There should be the possibility to modify meta tags for each page, including the product page. The of a specific product should be [login to view URL] (or php) Finally, we need a logo for the site based on the company name NEWBRIDGE, and a flash or image banner in the header of the site. This is not an urgent project, but we want to find a freelancer or a company that will take his time to produce a quality work that will not require any further changes, modifications etc. There should be the option to upload a picture for each product. When adding the product we need to be able to input a meta description and meta keywords that will ultimately appear as meta description and meta keywords for the product page when accessed from the final site. There is no price for the products on the site and a shopping cart is not needed as no sale will be done on the site, visitors will just be able to browse through the products.
