Dedicated server provider website+blog needed - $300~450

We need to have a website designed for a dedicated server hosting company in China. The general idea is that the company will be offering dedicated servers, cloud servers, VPS, colocation services, and also server hardware from multiple datacenters/locations in China. We need a web 2.0 stylish design, seo-friendly, neat website. Background would be white with menus in dark red or dark blue. We also need a wordpress integration based on the site main design (which would be at [login to view URL]) In terms of graphic design we will need the following: 1) A logo for based on the site name ("sinoservers") 2) While we will be buying photo stocks which are IT/China related to be used for the project, for the home page we need the top banner custom designed maybe with a map of China and points showing cities where our services are available. Also this main page banner should be dynamic with at least three or four slides The site should be PHP based with a single footer shared by all pages. We need a completed and ready to use website, we will provide all the contents and should not have work to do on our end to complete project. We are looking for a programmer who has patience, has a good eye for nice designs, and has experience in designing web hosting companies websites. There will be about 30~40 pages but most would follow the design of 4 or 5 main pages. For the other pages you wil probably simply need to replace contents or banner images. Maximum budget is 450$ and we expect the project to be completed within one month, from the proposal of demos to the site going live. The project does not include WHMCS/billing system integration as we will be outsourcing this to another company.
