Clinets & Ordering system

This project is for create a MS Access database system or PHP with apache system. Clients may order 3 types of materials, each type has own several items. The clients may has one or more orders There are suppliers, the entry can select one from the drop menu or can add new supplier. When the entry add new item he can view the previous orders details. The system should have all the features for each field are used in the system such as view, edit, delete, add, find, print and etc. Once the user selects a client then he can select one order from all order, the system should continue work with selected order ( same Session) The system calculates costs for each type of ordering and for each item in each type. In additions, summations of the total spending for each order and for each client are needed. The system allows several reports you can print or view or save in excel file. Finally, the system allows easy wizard to install and setup the program in the computer. Easy to navigate the system (forward/ backward between pages) You must be good at graphics, good at programming and able to produce something that will look great, in line with the company brand. Payment will be in the THREE installments. I mean you will be paid after each acceptable and received source files of the system. 1st installment: when I accepted and received source codes of the menu, forms, queries, and etc. 2nd installment: when I accepted and received source codes of the printing reports. 3rd installment: when I accepted and received source codes of the install and setup.
