I would like example code in BOTH VB.NET and C# for these things in the collections namespace. Example of how to implement a strongly typed collection, example of how to use an ArrayList, example of how to use a HashTable, example of how to use a Queue, example how to use a Stack, example on how to implement IComparer, example how to implement IEnumerator, example how to implement IEnumerable, example of a BitArray, example of a single dimensional array, example of a multidimensional array, example of a jagged array. The coder will put each example in it's own method. A main method will call the example methods. It will run as a console application. The coder will come up with original example code, do not copy from a book or online source. The coder will have good comments throughout to explain the code.
