Hi,
We are using SubDreamer CMS for our site. We have set up
the .htaccess file as it says in their instructions so
that URLs are friendly, but it is causing a problem with
the mod_rewrite function on our phpBB.
When I use the SubDreamer friendly urls, I get a 404 error
if I click on one of the forums in my phpBB. When I remove the [login to view URL] reference from my .htaccess file, the phpBB forum works.
By the way, my [login to view URL] in the phpBB forum has been renamed to [login to view URL] because I had to keep it in the root directory for SEO purposes, and all necessary modifications have been made in the forum files to make that work.
I guess my problem is in the .htaccess file.
Here's my code in .htaccess below:
Options All -Indexes
Options +FollowSymLinks
RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule ^(.*) [login to view URL]
RewriteBase /
RewriteRule [.]*-vf([0-9]*) [login to view URL]{QUERY_STRING}&f=$1
RewriteRule [.]*-vp([0-9]*) [login to view URL]{QUERY_STRING}&p=$1
RewriteRule [.]*-vt([0-9]*) [login to view URL]{QUERY_STRING}&t=$1
RewriteRule [.]*-vc([0-9]*) [login to view URL]{QUERY_STRING}&c=$1
Please let me know if you can fix this! Thanks!
