Need PHP programmer for 5 page website

Hi, I need a PHP/MySQL expert programmer to develop a website for me. This website is to fullfil the following functions: It displays a list of use entered texts for example "I love justin bieber". These texts can be "liked" on facebook (Facebook offers a simple Javascript embed that you can use for this). Each of those user entered items becomes a new page on its own. Below the page is listed the most popular of such entries. So users can add their own, they can like these text on facebook, and below that we can always view the most popular ones, randomly selected, with the like button beside it. On the right hand side of the page you display a funny image from a folder. For example, there is a bundle of images called "funnysportsphotos". If I view the site [login to view URL], the image on the right is loaded from [login to view URL] in that folder. This image can also be liked on facebook. If a like page is viewed, for example site.com/like/i+love+justin+bieber, then you show a random picture on the right. Each picture has a description and a title that is pulled from a text file. There is a [login to view URL] that pulls the content from the html files and adds to the db. Below the picture is a list of pre-added iphone apps. It just shows the icon. Clicking on the icon will change the picture at the top to a screenshot of the iphone app. The search function searches through the database and displays items that match this search. Searches are cached and saved as html files, and are linked to. The Site has to create links between all pages for SEO purposes. A screenshot is attached for demonstration purposes (the actual site will look a slight bit different). ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform PHP, MySQL
