osCommerce template from existing design

We are looking for a programmer/designer to take html design and convert to osCommerce template. Then implement that template on existing osCommerce website. We are looking for someone (will consider a team) that works fast, is responsive and available to start right away! We will provide the specific project details after brief discussion through the PM.
