switching hosting provider (relaunch)

I have a reseller hosting account with approximately 20 domains (and websites) and 60 email accounts that I would like to transfer to another provider. I am a web developer and have the skills necessary to execute the transition, but lack the time to do it and am consequently paying for two hosting services at once. I need a capable linux administrator to transfer data, install & modify scripts, transfering database content, detail-oriented and capable of solving technical problems independently, etc. I'd rather pay more for a capable worker, than have to correct mistakes, etc. Experience with the plesk control panel is especially helpful. Though Java experience is not required for this project, I have other Java related work and prefer to establish a long term relationship--so Java experience is also valuable. A good connection to the internet is required since all work will be performed via SSH, etc. No training is offered. Only capable, experienced administrators / developers need apply. I do not need hosting services as these have already been secured. I would prefer to work with an individual than an agency / contracting house, etc. -- The most difficult of the sites to transfer will be [login to view URL] as it hosts most of the email addresses as well as number of webapplications including a databased-backed wiki, an family tree application written in ocaml, photo galleries, etc. The account's cron jobs need be transfered as well. Some symlinks are important and will need to be re-created on the new box. Experience with mod_rewrite will also be valuable as the sites use these in .htaccess files. Though I will be available to answer questions, I expect the individual on this project to figure out how the existing setup is working without lengthy or frequent dialog. All of the subdomains of [login to view URL] will need to be transfered as well. Several host database backed web applications and may require additional php mods installed, .htaccess files to turn off/on register_globals, etc. A number of other smaller sites will need to be transfered as well. As part of the transfer process users will need to change their email client settings since my old provider had an unusal format for pop user names and the new provider supplies IMAP accounts. I can supply text for a letter to account holders, but I will need the individual performing the transfer to assist in notifying users of the change. I won't actually update DNS until users have had a chance to verify that the transfer went smoothly so this will require the individual performing the transfer to modify the apache vhosts to piggy back on an existing domain (as subdomains perhaps) the domains we are transfering so that they will be accessible. I would like to offer a cash bonus on completion for especially high quality work. To me attention to detail is more important than speed. Furthermore, I have plenty more work to do and, if this is a good experience for both parties, would like do additional projects with the winning provider--especially since he will have learned the setup of the whole system in the process.
