Two samples will be required, based on a chosen theme:- ( which will be mailed to interested bidders - the dating page will not be the home page )
sample 1..... to be of a humorous / funny nature, maybe with cartoon graphics, fun fonts etc
sample 2......standard, theme related page with high quality graphics
Main area of design / customisation will be the dating script, which can be based on one of the more popular, feature rich commercial scripts, but must include the following features:
*Send & receive virtual kisses
*Members who have viewed me
*Members I have viewed
*PayPal integration

*Comprehensive admin panel
I will require a detailed list of both, front end and admin features included in your proposed script
To include Site Installation
