Make Virtuemart Multiple Vendor System stable and fit my needs

Hi bidders, I am creating an e-store that will need to work with multiple vendors, I want to use Virtuemart but the multiple vendors system is not fully functional so I need someone or a team to work with me making the multiple vendor system work. Users will be able to upload and administer all their products and sales from the font end, if you are in the business you will know all that is involved. the project have to be finish by the beginning of November.
