My not-for-profit client has a small budget but needs a brilliant coder. This coder needs to be in CONSTANT communication with myself and be able to give me constant status reports.

Basically, I want to use the open source PHPMotion ([url removed, login to view]) but make a lot of changes to this including:

1. Users create individual accounts

2. Upload videos and tag videos

3. Ability for users to set 4 types of privacy levels

4. Search mechanism based on tagging, search terms, etc

5. Video converstion

Please bid on this project only if you are a very experienced designer and coder and also PM me with previous examples of work.

The deadline for this project is May 11th and the total budget is $500. Any bid OVER $500 will be automatically rejected.
