affiliate program dealing with ebay

First of all, here are the requirements for the programmer that is awarded the project:

You have to be capable. If you do not have the necessary experience to complete this project quickly, do not bid.

If you are going to continue to bid on projects and work on other projects while this project is ongoing, or cannot start immediately upon being awarded the project, do not bid.

If you cannot put 100% effort into this project, do not bid.

If you cannot communicate daily through either Yahoo Instant Messenger or MSN, do not bid.

I have had almost a month of my time wasted by the previous coder who I awarded this project to, I'm not looking for that again.

I need an affiliate program for my website here:

You may want to sign up to see the members page, that may influence your bid.

The Cron job is not set up right now, so no e-mails will be sent out to you.

The site allows users to save eB*ay searches so when an item is listed on eB*ay matching their search criteria, they will receive an e-mail to let them know.

When someone purchases something by clicking one of my affiliate links either on my website or in the e-mails that are sent out, I receive an affiliate commission from eB*ay.

I would like to share these commissions with my own affiliates - people who send traffic to my website.

It would be impossible for me to keep track of however, unless I use eB*ay's own affiliate system to do so(if this is not correct, and you have a different way of doing it, let me know). So, my idea is that each time an affiliate signs up to my website, a new campaign is automatically created in my eB*ay partner network account (eB*ay's affiliate program).

In this way, all commissions that are from this campaign ID will be credited to that particular affiliate. Of course, my website will keep a certain % of the commissions (which would be configurable - feature is already available with the commercial script), and the sub affiliate will get a certain % (again, would be configurable and already available with the commercial script) - I want to configure it as a 2-tier program, the commercial script already has this capability.

If SSL should be used when the script communicates with my eB*ay partner network account, let me know.

The importation of data from eB*ay should be automatic. There should be no manual processing needed by me.

Because I am now so far behind schedule, I want to use a commercially available script and have it modified to do what I need. the script can be seen here:

I would then need all of the usual functions an affiliate script would come with, which, the script at the URL above should already have all of the usual affiliate functions. However, it will need to be modified to communicate with my eB*ay partner network affiliate account as described above. It will also need to track the clicks on links in the notification e-mails that are sent out, etc.

There may be some details left out as I am reposting this quickly. I now understand that every detail must be agreed upon in case there is a dispute down the road. So, we will need to exchange a couple of messages to be sure that we are both clear.

As mentioned above, the commercial script that I will purchase has most of the functions that I need (except for at least tracking the clicks in the e-mail notifications), but it needs to be adapted to get the commissions earnings from my eB*ay partner network account rather than from sales of a product that I sell on my site. The clicks that are tracked would be clicks of my sites of affiliates' links and clicks on links on my website itself, just as with a normal affiliate script. if all of the information that eB*ay provides could also be somehow imported into the affiliates' control panels (such as the item information, price, time of purchase, etc. - whatever information it is that they include in their new transaction reports), that would be nice, but not absolutely necessary. When you bid, let me know if your bid includes this or not.

Please, please, please, no time wasters.
