Assembla is seeking talented individual developers for a complex Ruby on Rails application. Developers can join the team by either completing a feature for a fixed price, or by qualifying for a one-week, paid trial. If the trial is successful we will invite the developer to join our core team. We are seeking several developers, an application UI designer, and a systems administrator. We are looking for developers who are in the top 10% of talent. * You must have experience working in a distributed team project - open source or commercial, with Subversion, online issue management, and daily builds. * You must understand how to work with Ruby on Rails. DESIGNER REQUIREMENTS * You must have demonstrated the ability to design applications using modern styles and javascript features.
