A sort of Adobe Illustrator Lite implemented in Flash that can save drawings/designs back to the host server in a descriptive XML format and read them from the host server to recompose and edit the drawing/design at a later date. Functions for saving/retrieving drawings should be implemented in PHP.
*Most Importantly*: This is intended for use by non-artists with little or no experience in using drawing applications. A well-designed, easy to understand and use UI is paramount. UI should also be skinnable with all design elements customizable.
**POSSIBLE BONUSES:** Bonuses of up to 30% above bid are possible, based on the following factors...
5% Well-commented code
5% Few or no bugs with minimal iterations to correct issues
10% Exceeding expectations
10% Ease of use (UI) and administration (backend)
**POSSIBLE FUTURE WORK:** Following development of this component, a rendering component, using ImageMagick to generate bitmaps of the designs, will be needed. Earn the "exceeding expectations" bonus and you'll be offered a chance to privately bid on the renderer.
