Speed Trap Database

I have a speedtrap database but don't have the time to finish it. I have made the script (perl) to add speedtraps and it adds them to a MySQL database. The database structure is included with this post as an attachment. You can see the webpage where I add data at <[login to view URL]> I have disabled it since I haven't finished sanatizing the input. I want the search and view the speedtrap database. I want the output to look like <[login to view URL]> and I need to have the same ability for people to submit comments and read comments. I need the comments to be stored in a database but I'm not sure if the database can be the same one as the main speedtrap database or a new one. Also I need a script where I administer the database. For all new speedtrap submissions I need to be able to approve them before they become pubic or edit them for spelling etc... Also when I'm reviewing them I'd like see all the submitted text data in a textbox so it'll be easy for me to modify them. Then once I think it's okay, I submit the formand it becomes public. I'd also like to be able to select how many traps I'd want to review at one time per page. I'd like people to be able to search for speedtraps by city and state. First I'd like them to select a state through a hyperlink then go to a page where it lists all the cities in the database. I'd like the city page page to automatically update with a SSI that will insert a table with all the cites (in the database) in the selected state showing up as a hyperlink to get the speedtraps. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Every line of souce code is to be commented as to what it does. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) I can give you a dump of the database and you can make the program work on your own MySQL database and I'll take that program and trasfer it to my server. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
