Simple PHP script to PERL

I a, using a VERY simple PHP script, less than 30 lines of code that receives files from a JS upload function, but all my other scripts are in Perl, my language of choice. So I just need the PHP script converted in to a Perl script. So long as the Perl script does the exact same thing as the PHP script, then I will be very happy. I am ready to award and pay for this right away and need it completed in a few hours.
