Script to parse [login to view URL] output into html

Create a script that can parse the DMOZ data file and create a file system layout of the HTML pages according to a XSLT page (for common look and feel or something similar)

[url removed, login to view]

I want the output to be standard html with the directory expansion following the paths of the pages.

For example

[url removed, login to view]

would be

/Games/Party_Games/Truth_or_Dare/ on the file system with the appropriate [url removed, login to view](php) in there so that when people bookmark the url they get the pages in that category.

Basically a representation of the data on a file system in simple HTML (no database backend)

Common header/footer pages included as well so these can easily be adjusted.
