The clients area will allow the clients use some or all the tools provided to optimize and submit their own website(s) to the search engines. The administration area is where the whole site will be managed **The platform** for this project will be linux server with: • Perl 4.1.2 installed • Mysql Database • Sendmail or jmail email functions **Bidders are to: **- Provide proof of projects similar in size and complexity - Provide quotes to complete works - Provide the time required to complete this project **Note:** If coders can not provide the above items, they will not be conceded!!!
