Repair to creloaded website product

We have recently had some import feeds added to our creloaded website, these import stock quantities and prices from our supplier.
During this update it appears the previous developer has broken the functionality of the products pages, as they no longer work correctly.
When we edit a product in the admin/[url removed, login to view], no matter what changes we make (Even if none and just update), the product then gets marked as out of stock, quantity reset to 0 and price reset to 0.
If anyone has any help on this then please advise.
