If you go to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] most all sections that are referred to below are located on the left side column of this home page. The things I need are not many and maybe not that involved programming wise. If you have any question or can't find something please let me know. I also would like to stream line the file. It might be helpful before you bid on the job to actually go to the site and see some of the things I outline below as problems. I can assur yo uit will help make the job easier to understand 1. I have a text editor that customers use for putting in description information on a form that is submitted for one of the following areas: Classified ads, Distributor Contacts, MLM Professional Resources, MLM Companies. Unfortunately the editor is not working properly. After they submit their listing it shows up in the admin area and I go over the submission before I approve it for publishing. For some reason in these text boxes the editor keeps putting in paragraph breaks at the top of the text so the text falls below where it is supposed to when published. Everytime I want to edit text in one of these categories I have to manually remove the paragraph break and frankly it is a pain to do since I have to remember each time. Why does the editor keep defaulting to putting in the Paragraph break? My suggestion is to go to the [login to view URL] site and enter in a distributor contact, professional resources and classified ad and then go to the admin and see the paragraph breaks for yourself. TO SUBMIT: Classified ads - [login to view URL] Distributor Contacts - [login to view URL] Resource Submission - (attorneys, audio/video, card decks, consultants, trainers, software, tradeassociation, training tools, watchdog sites, lead providers, speakers, nutrition, personal care and other product mfgs, magzines, trade associations, - [login to view URL] Company Submission - [login to view URL] I need these paragraphs breaks removed from the default in the editor. Another issue is with the text itself. Presently I have to use notepad to copy the text originally submitted so as to remove all the formatting from the editor they created the text with (word, wordpad, etc.) Why can't the editor itself just ignore the formatting except for paragraphs. finally I need an editor put in the admin for MLM Companies [login to view URL] and Press Releases [login to view URL] 2. When a Professional resource goes to edit their listing or put in a new listing they are getting the following error message on the actual form submission: As an example: Error Number: 1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'Queen of Cold Calling";s:10:"first_name";s:5:"Wendy";s:9:"last_name";s:5:"Weiss"' at line 1 UPDATE `resource` SET `a:24:{s:12:"company_name";s:25:"The` Queen of Cold Calling";s:10:"first_name";s:5:"Wendy";s:9:"last_name";s:5:"Weiss";s:8:"address1";s:20:"215 East 95th Street";s:8:"address2";s:8:"Ste. 31G";s:4:"city";s:8:"New York";s:8:"us_state";s:3:"105";s:3:"zip";s:5:"10128";s:6:"region";s:0:"";s:7:"country";s:1:"1";s:5:"phone";s:10:"2124638212";s:3:"fax";s:10:"2128079875";s:7:"website";s:18:"[login to view URL]";s:17:"resource_category";s:1:"6";s:20:"specialty_categories";a:4:{i:49;s:2:"49";i:53;s:2:"53";i:56;s:2:"56";i:57;s:2:"57";}s:24:"other_specialty_category";s:0:"";s:12:"company_info";s:602:"Wendy Weiss, The Queen of Cold Callingâ„¢, is a trainer, coach and author. She helps network marketers and home-based business owners gain confidence, reach more prospects directly, close more sales, sponsor more and make more [login to view URL] is the author of "Cold Calling for Women" and "The Sales Winner's Handbook." She has been featured in Networking Times, The Network Marketing Magazine, BusinessWeek, Entrepreneur Magazine, The New York Times, Forbes Magazine and various other business and sales publications. Her e-mail newsletter, "Opening Doors & Closing Sales" has an international readership.";s:12:"facebook_url";s:32:"[login to view URL]";s:11:"twitter_url";s:33:"[login to view URL]";s:12:"linkedin_url";s:0:"";s:9:"other_url";s:0:"";s:9:"video_url";s:0:"";s:5:"video";a:0:{}s:4:"logo";a:0:{}} = '' WHERE `id` = '5150' AND (user_id = '91' OR email ='[login to view URL]') Please go to add a resource (lets say under Attorney [login to view URL] fill in the form then once it is approved you will get some emails. Please follow the instructions. You will finally get an admin log in and once you log in you can edit your listing. From there you will see a similar error message upon trying to [login to view URL] fix this error so that the form can be entered. I can edit in the admin so the important thing is the form gets submitted properly assuming all required fields are filled out. 3. When you enter in a new resource (attorney, consultant, etc) there are check boxes for their specialties. For some reason these specialties do not show up on the site when published. They use to now no. 4. On any of the Resource submission forms - As an example ([login to view URL] ) I now find I need additional fields to be added to the form. I have had requests by resources to add another field for an additional email address, web address, cell phone. Some people now use more than one but I only have the form formatted for one. Please add another field for these three (3) things under the existing field for them. Of course if any field is not filled in it should be repressed from showing up on the published form on the site. 5. In the admin section I would like to be able to view the professional resources in an order: entry number, type of resource (consultant, trainer, etc..) or last name of the resource. I would like all three options. The headers should function like in your email box where you can sort your emails by name, date, etc. Simply click on the header and it will sort according the header category 6. Whenever an images gets uploaded for a new resource using the resource submission form the image gets placed in the mlmuploads folder. After a resource is entered I get an email that a Resource has been entered. I first look in the uploads folder to see if an image has been uploaded there and I resize it and place it in the PHOTOS folder. I then go to the Admin [login to view URL] and look under RESOURCES Listing/Edit and it shows under Approved a NO which means I have not approved that particular listing yet. But it also shows that no image has been received when in fact is has. In fact the main problem is if you look at all the records in the Resources section you will see none of them have a YES for HAVE IMAGE. It needs to show Yes that there is an image if in fact an Image has been received. If an image has been received but it is not good enough to use then I should be able to uncheck the HAVE IMAGE until a better one is received 7. There is a place to upload an image on the classified ad submission form but, when it is uploaded to the site and the ad is approved the image (even when the image/photo is moved to the Images folder) does not show up in the actual classified advertisement in the classified ad section on the site [login to view URL] Try it yourself. Fill out a classified submission and upload a image/photo. Then move it from the mlmuploads folder to the Images folder (not photo folder as that is for resources and distributor contact photos) and is should then be published with the classified listing. It doesn't. This needs to be corrected. Actually the admin submission form does not even match the site submission form. They should be the same. I also need a Photo column in the admin saying No or Yes for a Photo having been uploaded. I can only tell by looking in the mlmuploads folder on the site ftp. I will provide you with the FTP and the Admin log-in information. I would need to send this only to your email address.
