Magento hosting problem

I've optimized several Magento stores and I never failed on any project. I'm a person You hire when everyone else failed. I work almost exclusively on projects related to performance optimization ( I encourage You to check my previous projects) and I'm good at it. That being said... I have too little information to tell You what might be the cause of the slowdown. As You said probably it's some cron job or something similar, but it also might be caused by cache flushing etc. If will need access to the server to give You more information.
