Create a Customized registration form with email and SMS verification

PROJECT DETAILS IS IN THE ATTACHED FILE AS IT DIDNT FIT [login to view URL] IS ONLY AN INTRODUCTION Site was hacked a while ago due to a coding bug from a previous coder, thats why security is the most important aspect of this project. The site is a chatting site, it was integrated with wordpress when it was hacked and hackers got hold of user names and passwords. To fix the situation after the restore, we removed wordpress completley and kept the wp-users table that contain all verified members with their verified usernames and verified emails. We had to make sure and Reverify users that log on since hacker got hold of the usernames and passwords, so we created a log in form that will read from wp-user table, if the user name exist it send them an email where they have to click on the link they get and set a new password, after that being done , the username is marked as (1) which is verified, in table USERS of the chat. Table users have the user nick name for the chat along with their chat related info such as gender, credits,virtual gifts received,kick time,mute time and all chat related data, where as Wp-user only contains verified usernames and emails when the chat was integrated with wordpress and been removed since, so wp-users now only useful to get the user email address and the chat registered name as the site uses table (Users) now for the chat which is the default one and once the user reset their password its marked as 1 in the database which is verified and user can log on normally ,this was done after the hack. Now we need to Recreate a registration form as we havent had one since the site was hacked as well as fix bugs in the current log in form as the current log on form is not accepting a mix of small letters and capital letters, for example if a user name is mike and user types mIkE it will show only as mike and this made users upset as they used to be able to enter their registered name the way they want, capital lettrs,small letters or a mix of both so that needs to be fixed. names are in Arabic and in English so users should be able to logon and register names in both languages with small letter,capital letters or a mix of box as they please. Now for registration requirement,we only allow one nick name per user, and nick name have certain requirement such as minimum length and no special characters, inorder for us to do that and prevent fraud and spam we require the following for name registration:
