Web Programmer/Architect - New York/New Jersey Only

I am looking to find a Freelance Programmer. I will ONLY hire a Programmer who lives in the New York/New Jersey Area. Please do not Apply if you live ANYWHERE ELSE. I have built a site similar to YouTube that is launching in 3 weeks. I have a terrific team overseas, but I need someone local who can make small changes on a regular basis and help out with the site. This potentially could lead to a full time job with a great Start-Up. I also need someone who can help me setup a payment system on my site so users can pay by Credit Card/Paypal etc. The criteria for my project is below: 1. PHP5 2. Mysql5 Database 3. Control Panel = Cpanel / Plesk 3. Apache 2.0 4. Cron Tab 5. Embedding YouTube Videos and the knowledge to customize Video Players and build settings like YouTube 6. Ability to implement and build Amazon Affiliates into my site 7. Ability to implement and build Google Analytics and SEO 8. Ability to code and Knowledge of sites like Facebook/MySpace/YouTube and how they use WIDGITS 9. Ability to code and knowledge of E-Commerce and helping me setting e-payment systems in order for me to monazite my site 10. Someone who has Architectural skills and can help layout new functions for the site. 11. Design Skills and some vision would be great 12. Knowledge of Mobile Applications is a plus, but not a must. I am looking for someone to do some small coding on a part time basis. I also would like someone who can look at my Website and help make it better.
