PSD to Joomla Template v2

Hi good fellows! We are about to change our design on our web page www.argolis-yacht.no. The design is not yet 100% finalized, but this is why we want to involve a potential Joomla professional already at this stage. The design we pick should be possible and flexible to work with in Joomla. The designs we are looking at can be seen on this URL: [login to view URL] The task of your job would be to convert a PSD into a Joomla Template. Currently we are using EPIC template from JoomlaShine. If you see it beneficial to use this template, we are very happy with that, as we are comfortable with this template. We have also been recommended to look into the JSN Dome template, also from JoomlaShine, [login to view URL] If you feel a completely new template suites our new page better, it needs to be flexible and solid. Your job would be to integrate all the design into the template with all the modules and functionality as seen on the current page and in the new designs. You are happy to suggest other joomla modules then we are currently using if you need it to adopt the design. The picture slider currently used is JSN ImageShow. We have done a tremendous job in putting images into this picture viewer, so it would be great if we could continue using it. Although, it is flexible to adjust to all designs and behavior wanted. The Online Yacht booking engine should be rewritten to adopt to the new design. I’m awaiting instructions from the developer on this. But if you are familiar with such things, please suggest best procedure. The entire site can be copied to another empty site of mine, if you want to work online, and you can get both ftp and Joomla access. After the work is done, we can backup and restore the entire site back to the original domain, if you don’t prefer and easier way of doing it. Please look at the different designs and tell me if all would be as “easy” to implement, of if one would be more complex than the others. I need to see your reference before I pick you. There will be milestones in the project. 20% when I see a good start. 20% when the first release is available and 60% when the new site is up and running with the new design. After this job, I would like to continue to work with you, for further improvements! You are free to suggest improvements all along!!
