Website (portal) for flash games

I need a simple low-cost website solution that is a portal for flash games for kids. I am looking for same functionality as dressupgames(com) It must have these basics: Simple admin panel (login, no user area only admin) Add games to site and remove (DB...Game, description, key words, category, sub category....) CMS for text content (very basic) Categories management (add new, disable old) Search for game (search in name, description and key words) Simple stats (hit counter needed for filtering of most popular, newest....etc etc) Simple user rating system User bookmarks (Cookie based) Breadcrumbs SEO friendly links to pages (I have a very simple solution for this) I would prefer a solution in PHP/Mysql The site layout must be CSS based for ease of redesign.
