We need to add Timeline Covers Editor to our Facebook Application: [login to view URL] The Editor should be similar to this: [login to view URL] Click on "Timeline Covers" tab to see exactly what we need! We don't need "WebCam" functionality. The rest should be implemented: "Collage", "Photo", "Background". We believe that this Editor is built with flash, but if you can achieve the same with other technologies, let us know. It has to be implemented in both, our Website and Canvas App: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Our App is built with PHP and JavaScript (some jQuery). The editor should be integrated into our website and canvas app as a separate page, something like [login to view URL] Once the user complete the cover, he should be able to upload it to his Facebook profile and share it on Twitter. You should possess a strong knowledge of PHP, Flash, JavaScript, Facebook API and Facebook SDKs to bid for this project.
