Online scheduling, and management of users schedule by admin

Need to integrate with mysql database. Basically its a scheduling form, a user will login to see his/her schedule, be able to add a schedule. Admin will be able to edit and approve a schedule and then also e-mail a schedule. User logs in and sees his part of the the schedule if pending or approved. Admin will see all the schedules and be able to approve or modify schedules and kicks an e-mails once approved. Already have the database and front end, backend etc, probably 40% of the project is already done. Need to include the other improvements to it. Send me a PM for more detailed information.
