I own a Job Board called [login to view URL] The theme is taken from - employeepress The theme is set up for users to post a job manually. (Free or paid) The theme also has a feature called "import Jobs" supported only by indeed Project: I am looking to having the site have the capabilities of allowing employers (recruiting agencies, private companies etc.) the capability to have their site (where they place the information of vacancies) to be automatically posted on our Job Board. The end product would be that they would only have to subscribe their details (whatever the software requires) and always have their vacancies shown on Gibwork in real time. The user will need to have an account with us as an "employer" and not as a "job seeker" (options selected when creating an account) and pay a stated amount on a monthly or yearly basis. Once linking there site with ours, the user will be able to carry on as normal updating their site with current vacancies and have it posted automatically (within the correct fields) on Gibwork too. This will allow the option not to choose to post a job one by one what they already have on their site. The process will also allow the user to choose an expiry date for their jobs which means that if they choose a month or a yearly subscription they will have an option to have all their jobs expire and removed after 30 or 60 days when posted. This will avoid old and expired jobs to remain on Gibwork. I want this to become user friendly and aesthetically pleasing to the user. The payment options we prefer to use is PayPal. All those that subscribe will have the jobs posted as if they had the top membership called Gold. (You will be able to see what different packages offer when clicking here - [login to view URL]) Additional info: It has been brought to my attention that the site may have some coding problems which is yet to be proved by the freelancer that was hired in the past. I will not tolerate those that do not take this project or myself seriously. I have lost a lot of faith in posting projects due to previous experience of jobs being left unfinished and walking away with a released milestone. This hurts me greatly as I am here asking for help to build on a project which helps many members find employment. I am not a rich person but a regular guys that lives on £5.70 an hour with a humble mission to help others in need. This started off as a non-profitable organisation but there is a need to grow and thus need to improve the site significantly and be innovative with ideas. My concept is to have the site (almost) work on its own and allow complete transparency and ease when having communications between both the job seeker and the employer. I have resolved the email notifications and all that I need is for this project to be a success. Rule: I wish to have an update on the project on a regular basis you accept to not "up the bid" due to any findings you may find as an issue on the site, causing your mission to not be able to complete the job. (You will be given the opportunity to look around the site to confirm all is well and that the bid is final) If you find any problems on the site which will cause you more work, you are to report it to me without undertaking any work what so ever and come to an agreement that you are aware to continue working with the said bid and resolve any minor issues. The budget is final and it will not be raised from your first agreed bid. If you are not happy with the environment, there will be no other choice but to cancel and re post the project (or contact previous bidders showing an interest for the project). I will not issue any payments in advance (release of a milestone) due to my bad experience of having freelancers walk away with the money and not have the job finished. If you are happy with what is said above and you can stick to your bid and time frame (which is very important) then please bid away on the project.
