We need a web-based Internet Gaming Sweepstakes Solution (via Internet Browser, no software)

with one 5-reel slot game.

The required features of the program we want are :

- Site should be played with flash

- Should remain open coded and codes must be written clearly for us. So that we can change whenever we want. - ---- - However we would like a Long term relationship with developer for support & update of site.

- The site should be just playable over internet, wont be downloadable.

- We need .fla files ( For making changes )

- We need the graphical design to be similar to the existing examples,

- We will need to add or remove credits to the users at any time. So the games must contain a structure that allows to our admins to change credits of the users. Also the game must tell to our database any changes that made to the user credits.

- The winning percetages of the games must be modifiable by our admins.
