OsCommerce website makeover

The Website [login to view URL] needs modifications and makeover to beautify. I am currently using magnetic one store manager for OsCommerce to do order processing. Below is a list of modifications needed: 1. Product inventory - My inventory is large and changes often. I need a way to easily import/export the current inventory as it changes. 2. Custom field Values - My inventory shares many attributes. For each inventory item there needs to be some basic searchable fields of description such as color, size, flower family, propagation method, and fragrance. I need to be able to add and subtract these fields as well as the values. I also need a field to be the PID (Plant Identification Number). 3. Order processing - I need to be able to export a list of items sold and waiting for shipping by vender as well as a master list. I need to be able to export address information to import into indicta to make labels for shipping. I also need a way to combine orders to the same customer. 4. Shipping & Handling - there is a process and schedule to ship our products. Some items can not be shipped together or at the same time. I need a way to inform the customer when a item will ship prior to purchase. I need to modify the S&H charges and offer discounts for S&H to customers who buy 10, 25 or more. 5. Email updates - I need automated emails to go out to customers to notify them during the order process such as order confirmation, payment reminders, thank you for your payment, your order has shipped, Follow-up after sales email. 6. About our business - need a few pages on the site to explain our business, provide detailed instructions on how to use and care for our products, growing recommendations, and others as needed. 7. Telephone orders- We occasionally receive phone in orders and need to be able to enter them into the website order processing system. We also need a way to modify orders as administrators such as offer additional discounts and or change items and quantity. 8. Product descriptions - most of our product are the same except for the flower produced. Differences are flower family and size (age). At the moment I can only show the flower picture. I need to show a common photo of a plant to go with the flower picture that is based on the size and family. With 3000 products there are only 20 basic plant descriptions. Our product Identification number is made of 6 digits. (ABC123) A = vender, B = Plant family, C = Plant Size, 123 = Plant name. All items with the same B&C values have the same plant descriptions and plant photo. I want to be able to have predetermined descriptions in my database based on the Plant Identification number. So when a customer looks at an item he will see the individual flower photo and special No placeholder bids. If you can't do the job don't bid.
