Needing advanced Custom Graphic manipulation script for established Decal/Sticker Site

I usually don't bother reading them as they are generic in nature and don't tell me anything about you, your skills, or why we should pick you.* I posted this project back in May - and had lengthy converstion with a my chosen programmer (I wont mention names) for over 2 months. All of a sudden the programmer just stopped answering emails - so here I am starting all over again. Here is what I need: We run a decal site on the internet. These users can browse our decals, and choose one they like. They are able to select a color, size, etc. and add the item to the shopping cart. (OSC Shopping Cart) Currently, we have a script that generates proportional sizes based on the pixel size of the image. Heres how I want to improve/change our current script. 1. Allow the user to choose a color - and the decal will change color as well. If they choose red, then immediatly the decal on screen is red. 2. Allow the user to turn off 'proportions', enabling them to stretch the decal any size they need. They could select proportional sizes from the dropdownlist, or instead type in the size in width & hight. The decal would immediatly stretch on screen. 3. Allow the user to add custom text at the top, and/or bottom of the decal. This includes Font/position(left,center,right). Color of text would probably be limited to the color for the decal chosen. 4. If possible, allow them to choose 'Arched' text. If I understand, this is possible in the latest GD library. I dont know about Flash. Our -source- files are vector based images. EPS/AI. If possible, we would like the script to be able to use the files on-the-fly, or else we could batch convert them to gifs/jpgs/png or whatever is best. Sites that I have seen that do these types of things use some kind of javascript. I was told this could be done in Flash. If it was to be done in flash, then we would want the script totally 'modular' if that is the correct term. We would need it fast loading, so only the fonts, or whatever that needs to be used at that time will be downloaded - not all 100 fonts, etc. at once. I want this script to be 'expandable' so we can add other features later. Once this script is finished, we will want to have you do other things for us. So if possible, we are looking for a long term relationship. ** If possible somehow, we would like the file/design to be available to us in vector format. For example, the user choose a Mascot, and they put text at the top, and bottom - the ordered item would be converted into a vector file that we could then import into our software (no design work on our part would then be required. They would receive exactly what they ordered) If not, then we import the mascot, type in the text and top, and bottom, align it, and cut it. Thats how we do it now. If anything else, 'save' a screenshot of the exact decal they made, and make it available to them, and us as well when processing the order. I'm looking for a reliable, trustworthy programmer who is willing to take the time to listen to our needs, and act accordingly. I'm fully open to any suggestions. I would be willing to allow up to 2 months for completion of mentioned project. I prefer someone who can chat live with me.
