Blackberry Application(repost)

This is what I am looking to do: A) An interface/application which allows the user to perform a few major tasks for 8700/8800/Curves in a prefined setting. 1. Ability to move a pre-defined number of icons around 2. Ability to allow for how many message to list per icon 3. Ability to Change their own Wallpaper B) Create a process that allows users to install this interface/application from a website directly or downloading it onto a computer and install it onto their Blackberry via the Blackberry Desktop Manager. C) I will need to own the rights to the full source codes to after completion of the codes. * Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: In terms of style, I can see what you can come up with or I might have my own graphic people draw up that will appeal to my clients, and you will be able to implement those graphics elements into the software. * Specific expertise that I am seeking: Seeking Blackberry developer with prior successful execution experience in developing Blackberry applications. I have other projects as well, so if you are a good fit to what we are looking for, we might sign you on for future projects that we have lined up.
