Install a Wordpress Template

This is not for a full Website or Full Template design just some minor changes to the code, CSS, and Bootstrap that need to be done. I am looking for Web designer that has serious knowledge in Wordpress, hard scripting, Bootstrap and CSS to improve a template that was purchased on themeforest I will provide the template in to the designer has to agree to work on the live site with regular updates. But the template : [login to view URL] The template to be installed will be 1200px Fluid(Wide) Replace Sample logo with the logo provided and create a favicon. Install the default pages and images just like: [login to view URL] Create the front page HOME2 to look exactly like [login to view URL](Front Page) Create the front page HOME to look exactly like [login to view URL] Change the bottom footer to sky blue and blue add social buttons like [login to view URL] Make the front page identical to the [login to view URL] The top background near the menu area needs to have more transparency so the can see part of the slideshow and content when scrolling! Grey-Fonts- light grey with bold Dark grey Sky and Dark Blue-Links, All links and mouse over will be sky blue then mouse over Dark Blue including all the menus. The improvements I am looking for are mostly CSS and XHTML with minor PHP changes but mostly CSS. Add a newsletter extension and forms plugin aquaoperators Change the image for No Time To Waste! to a provided lifeguard image!
