I'm looking for a developer who is able to create a responsive WordPress theme with WooCommerce integration and theme option panel. As I'm planning to sell it on Themeforest it needs to be created according to the Themeforest "review rules". I would provide layered PSD files and an in-detail concept to show what widget areas are required and how everything should look and work. For the process of finding the right developer I don't want to share the detailed concept with to many people but still I would like to have a rough estimate. Please think of it as a WP theme with WooCommerce, Visual Composer plug-in, Revolution Slider and a good amount of theme options that needs to be completely translatable. (I already purchased the licences for the VC and the REV slider plug-ins) If your estimate fits my budget I'll provide the detailed concept with screenshots and everything so we can have a look if the budget needs to be improved in one direction or the other.
