Small Business Budgeter/Roster and Website

Small Business Budgeter. Design and convert an existing excel business budgeting tool and incorporate it into an exsisting (WIX or new) website with its own URL hosted by me. Site requires e-commerce gateway and SEO enhancement Use C# .NET language with Entity Framework 5 or higher and MVC 4 or higher. Use N-Tier architecture for better maintainability and SQL SERVER for the database. HTML 5, CSS and Javascript for the front end. Use an online repository for the code in something like BitBucket or GitHub for later access. I am looking for a cloud based solution and the conversion of the attached excel spreadsheet. I have listed the current functionality below along with the additional functionality and requirements I desire. I also require this to built in 2 separate ways: As described in this document A version which only contains the rostering, wages and P&L Functionality The current Spreadsheet contains the following functionality Cash up reports by shift Food and Beverage Spends Shift Report Rostering budgeter with starting and actual roster costs (on top left of P&P sheet) Tip Calculator Budgeted P&L Totals Wage Calculator Pay slip Maker Expanded Functionality Ability to have 4 rosters (Bar/Kitchen/FOH/Events) Consolidate the rosters in a P&L (without cash-up/tips/etc for option 2) Ability to assign individual rostered hours per employee to a specific event Ability to predict the incomes for individual events per day Ability to pick an employee from a drop down list Assign rates to individual employees (Mon-Fri, Sat, Sun, Public Holiday & Daily rates) Ability to assign a daily rate if the hourly rate exceeds $100 per hour The ability to hide various rosters/sheets Requirement Ability to login and logout Ability for Multiple logins Ability to Register User will get a Trial period then unable to login Users will have the ability to sign up for various plans The ability to change plans and Ability to pay for plans with CC or Paypal Ability for Ecommerce payment options (Price with and without) User will get a Trial period then unable to login and users will have the ability to sign up for various plans and the ability to change plans and ability to pay for plans with CC or Paypal Ability to save for a weekly schedule Ability to add logo Ability to export to excel Ability to collate and compare various saved various weekly schedules Non functional Requirements Incorporate Ajax Responsive Design Compatible with all current Browsers (HTML5, J-queries etc)
