We are looking to design and build a travel agency site for us. This person must be a PHP expert. It needs to be an interactive and responsive (Mobile Friendly) front-end website with very strong back-end with extensive reporting.

The site will need to be attractive, sleek and clean.
We will be using the GAdventures API primarily for tours and you will need to incorporate that and its payment systems into the site. Having said that, it must also be upgradeable later so that we can add in additional API
There will need to also be a Russian version of the site where a few key tours will have Russian summaries that are written and upon clicking them you get to the full english API content version of the tour. (We will provide the translations and content)
There will need to be an admin portal for us to enter the site and edit this page and add content. Also to see all the orders and other relevant information.
A clean mobile interface is necessary.
You will begin to be paid in stages after we accept the homepage. Complete payment only on projection completion. We require a daily work update. Must demonstrate portfolio examples with prior experience in API integration.
Website will have to be compatible in Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Opera.
