Website mockup for a real estate company

We need a highly creative individiual to design a website (only produce PSDs of what the site looks like, don't need the actual production work) We need a mockup of a website for a real estate company. The real estate company is an independently operated RE/MAX franchise in a small community. You can use some of these pages as a general guideline to give you a better idea of the type of site we are looking for. This bid is for CREATIVE only. We would like the following: 3 different 'concepts' for a home page. The first concept will be reviewed and feedback will be given to produce a second version of the first concept. The second & third concepts will be created in a similar manner. Once one of the three concepts is approved we would like the remainder of the site to be designed (JPGs only, no HTML production needed) around the same concept. We would need for this: - Site - Contact Us Page - Join the RE/MAX Team page - Search residential page - Search commercial page - Search agricultural page - Results pages for each of the above searches - Several other minor general informatin pages We are seeking a highly creative individual - we will give very little guidance (in terms of providing creative direction, artwork, etc), only examples of several websites which we already like. You will be expected to search on the internet for appropriate 'placeholder' images to use in your designs. For the images you use in the site you will need to clearly show us the source of them and indicate weather they are placeholder images, or if they are in the public domain, or if they are copyrighted images for which we can purchase the rights for. We will only accept bid from persons who include links to their portfolio. The timeline of the project is from bid acceptance day 3 - production of first concept day 4 - revisions as necessary of first draft day 7 - production of second + third concept day 8 - revisions as necessary day 9 - selection process to be completed day 14 - completion of all required pages ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All graphics to be provided in organized layered PSD format. Layers must be named to show their contents. Each page must have a seperate file. Filenames must clearly indicate the page and revision.
