Site Graphics, Buttons, New Look for Music Store

We need a new look for our website westsidemusicco.com. I want to keep the structure of the site exactly the same -- all we need is new site graphics and all buttons for our website. See a preview here <[login to view URL]>. I do not wish the structure of the site to change, by this I mean, I do not want any code AT ALL changed. I wish to to keep the montage, make it smaller, fade out, do what you wish, but it has to work somewhere in the site. (See attached zip image) To make it simple, anything you can right click on and save picture as... is your job! They just need a different color. I kinda like the grey and black lines in the background. Unless you have something over the top, I would like to keep it. You can view a Google cache to see our old sites colors. We still want these colors - black as the main, gold and red. Please dont bid an arm and a leg and tell me it will take 7 - 10 days to do it! I am thinking by 3 days this project should be done, uploaded and you get paid! I will not hire someone that I can not see any of your work beforehand. Please do not bid - waste your time and mine. If you have a quick sample, that would certainly be a great help.
