Restaurant Website

We need a web designed for a Restaurant. The website will need to have the following: 1. Flash start page (some nice animation with background music would be good) 2. around 10 pages (maybe less) it should include home, about us, food menu, services, location map, contact us, bookings, main events, etc.. (this is just an example so it needs to have something like this in it) 3. USER FRIENDLY dynamic admin panel protected with a username & password so that an admin can login to the page modify the content of the page at any time including the updating of pictures text adding or removing events, news etc.. 4. Virtual Tour. there are some websites with this feature i have seen them before but not sure of the requiments so anything to make this function work. 5. Picture gallery which can be modified using the admin panel as well so that pictures can be changed at any time. 6. Events section so it can be updated with whats happening at the restaurants,, any special offers and on which date 7. Bookings page will be for enquires only so if a visitor fill their details and submits them it should send an email automatically to the email we specify. 8. This is a general idea of what the website will contain so there might a few things that I forgot to mention on here which I might mention as we go (if its something major then you will get a bonus for it if not then I expect it to be done with the same budget) 9. Content & examples of websites will be provided to the coder 10. Please also note that the work needs to be very professional and unique so bidding is only open for people that are confidant in delivering the above mentioned points. ## Deliverables **1) Complete and fully-functional working website(s) in http form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition and the Website must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition on our server 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. We (the buyer) will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased (we might add our name at the bottom of the page to say that its been designed by us (the buyers). (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components names, tags, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4. After the project is complete we will test it and confirm that its complete, however we shall have up to 4 weeks to check and make sure that everything is working fine and if something is missing or not working after a week or so then it will be the sellers responsibility to fix it at no extra charge.** ## Platform Website should be viewable & fully working on the following formats: Win Xp , win98, win2k , WinME, MAC OSX+ IE version 5.0 & after Netscape, firefox
