On line flash and script expert needed

My project is very hard to explain but I will do the best I can. I simply do not know flash or putting videos online but I know a company that does it very well. Basically I am looking for someone who can create a flash skin and all the html pages for me so when I create a video and compress it in sorenson squeeze, I can just put in the folder and upload it to the site. however in the script it pulls the player from someone where else. Now, there is a company online called [login to view URL] this is what they do. you buy the script from them. they give you a folder. you put the video in the folder and upload it. when the viewer views the video, they are viewing the skin from directorsview site. the viewer does not have to have flash in their computer. I am uploading the script and folder to rac. what i am looking for is the same service. I want to create a site like directorsview, get the script, create custom skins for customers and sell the service. I need you to create the script and the site. this site must be innovative and contain all the latest web technology. also including help desk, auto linking script, database for new customers, auto responder script, trouble ticket system, and any other cool scripts you can think of. If you cannot create the site, I am ok with that but you will only be paid for the script, and pages. I will also need explanation on how to install it into my site and to other sites as well. I do not need anything that compresses the video for me I will be using a program called sorenson squeeze. I will only be using a highly ranked rac coder. this should be fairly easy for someone who knows what they are doing. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
