We are a web development company just about to launch an update of our company website. The new site includes a database of case studies of work that we have done for our clients in the past. We have built the pages that display the full details of these case studies ourselves but for the home page of the site we would like to display summaries of a few featured case studies in a more visually interesting way using Flash animation. The job is to create a Flash SWF file that can be embedded in our home page to display a dynamic animated stack of four 'cards'. Each card will include a title, image and short description of one of the four featured case studies. Whenever the mouse cursor rolls over a card, it will move to the front of the stack. When a card is clicked, it will open the page displaying the full case study. Please note that the Flash app is NOT required to connect to the database - all case study data will be passed as parameters generated by our server-side code. A detailed Requirements Model (including use cases) and Photoshop template are included in the attached file for this bid request.
