I need a website, very ez to manage and update, built for real estate investors looking for investment properties in my locale. I want a basic sign in form (email & name) that I can capture for contact so they can be put on my buyer notification list when I come across a property.
The website backroom needs to be rather simple for me to update, make changes, add photos, remove photos, writing articles etc... Also I want to keep in mind users with dial-up so I want to keep it simple without all the bells-whistles and time consuming graphics waiting to upload.
You will create the layout, design and graphics for the site. I will provide the text.
The site should be about 5 pages: A squeeze page for names and email addresses, a home page, FAQ page, About us page, a investment property page with photos and descriptions of each property and the last page for real estate related articles of which I will provide.
I would like the site to be formatted as well for Google adssense ads.
